This Privacy Policy explains how FxMath Financial Solution ("FxMath", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use the FxMath Harmonic Hunter software.

1.1 When you purchase a license

Contact details you choose to provide: name and email address.
MT5 account number — used solely to bind and verify your license. The EAs send this number to our license server to confirm the license is active.

1.2 When you use the client/admin panels

Your license key (used to log in).
Your MT5 account number (for license binding).
An anonymous session token (admin panel only) for authentication.

2. How We Use Your Information

To activate, verify, and manage your license.
To communicate with you about your license, updates, and support.
To detect and prevent unauthorized use or abuse of the software.
To send you free trading signals via the Telegram channel, if you choose to join.

3. What We Do NOT Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We do not access your trading account, funds, or broker credentials.
We do not store your MT5 password or any sensitive financial data.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your license data is stored in a secure, encrypted cloud database (Cloudflare D1) and is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to admin functions is protected by authentication. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your license and binding information for as long as your license is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1) for hosting and data storage, and Telegram for support and signal distribution. Payments are processed via cryptocurrency — no card details are ever collected by us. These services have their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You may request correction or deletion of your personal data.
You may opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.
