Risk Disclosure

Last updated: August 31, 2026

⚠️ Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital.

1. General Risk Warning

Trading on margin involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The possibility exists that you could sustain a total loss of your initial funds. Past performance, whether from signals, indicators, or back-tested results, is not necessarily indicative of future results.

2. Harmonic Patterns Are Probabilistic

FxMath Harmonic Hunter detects harmonic price patterns (Gartley, Bat, Crab, Butterfly, Cypher, Shark, and others) based on Fibonacci ratios. These patterns are probabilistic tools — they describe what may happen, not what will happen. No pattern, signal, or indicator has a 100% success rate.

3. Algorithmic Trading Risks

  • Technical failures: software bugs, connectivity issues, power outages, or broker downtime may prevent orders from being placed or managed as expected.
  • Execution risks: slippage, spreads, and requotes can differ from the levels shown on the chart.
  • Parameter risks: incorrect settings, leverage, or lot sizes can amplify losses.
  • Market risks: gaps, news events, and volatility can cause prices to move rapidly beyond stop-loss levels.

4. No Financial Advice

FxMath Harmonic Hunter is provided for educational and analytical purposes only. Nothing in the software, documentation, website, or Telegram channels constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. FxMath is not a licensed financial advisor or broker. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

5. Signals Are Not Recommendations

Free signals shared in our Telegram channels are for informational purposes and are not trade recommendations. They do not take into account your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or objectives. Always conduct your own analysis before acting on any signal.

6. Leverage

Leverage can work both for and against you. Trading with high leverage can lead to rapid and substantial losses, including losing more than your initial deposit in some circumstances. Use leverage with extreme caution.

7. Education & Experience

If you are new to algorithmic or leveraged trading, we strongly recommend that you educate yourself, use a demo account first, and only trade with risk capital — money you can afford to lose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FxMath shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software, documentation, or signals.

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or using FxMath Harmonic Hunter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described in this disclosure, and you agree to trade at your own risk.

If you have any questions about these risks, contact us at fxmathsolution@gmail.com or @FxMath on Telegram.
