Welcome to FxMath Harmonic Hunter, operated by FxMath Financial Solution ("FxMath", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our software and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
FxMath Harmonic Hunter is a harmonic-pattern trading suite for MetaTrader 5, consisting of three Expert Advisors (EAs): the Scanner, the Scanner Panel, and the Helper. The software is provided as compiled binary files (.ex5) — no source code is included or provided.
Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, BNB, and others). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All prices are final.
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Harmonic patterns are probabilistic tools — they do not guarantee profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and any losses incurred. FxMath provides the software "as is" for educational and analytical purposes; nothing herein constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.
The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FxMath, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the software.
Purchases include free updates for the lifetime of the license. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the software or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with FxMath. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the software.
